Work with us

Consultant (Part-time/remote)

This is who we are:

PSC Consulting is a strategic communications consultancy that enables growing healthcare companies find their voice and tell their story.

This is what we do:

We work with start-up and emerging healthcare companies to build communication capabilities. Our clients know they need to communicate with their key audiences, but they do not have the skills and expertise in-house. PSC Consulting works as a fractional communications team to provide counsel and build communications capabilities for companies.

This is how we do it:

We are a hands-on team. We don’t just advise. We do. Communications agencies are set up to take on projects and extend the reach of in-house communications teams. But we are different. Our clients don’t have a communications background or staff. So we help them understand what they need and then we help them do it. When we recommend a strategy, we execute the plan. That means we need to be strategic, but we need to be able to deliver and help our clients understand how to do it. As a fractional team, we own our projects. Our clients rely on our expertise, expect us to know what we are doing and guide them. We are nimble. In a start-up environment, priorities change, budgets can be tight and being efficient and effective matters.

Our strength lies in how we go deep with our clients. We take the time to understand their business models, their challenges and their opportunities. We define success in terms that align with their business goals. We deliver because we don’t keep an arms distance. We know what our clients are trying to accomplish and that guides us every day.

Our core values:

  • Intellectual Curiosity

  • Courage

  • Results-Oriented

  • Integrity
